Paragraph Development

Goals: You will be able to... 

• Recognize that P.I.E (Point, Illustration, Explanation), or T.E.E (Topic sentence, Evidence, Explanation) are the three essential elements in developing ideas in a paragraph.
• Practice developing a paragraph using coherence, unity and P.I.E (or T.E.E) structure.
